Yoga Nidra, commonly referred to as yogic sleep, is a deep relaxation meditative practice for the body, mind and heart.
In a Yoga Nidra session, you are guided the entire practice and is done laying down. This promotes deep levels of rest and relaxation. This also helps the body’s intelligence to naturally maintain its optimal health.
The sessions can run anywhere from 30 minutes to 60 minutes.
